1. Does the client have Power on site?
2. Does the POE unit have Power?
3. Are both network Cables Plugged into the POE?
4. If the service is down: Remove the Outside Antenna Cable(Connected to the OUT Port) for 30 seconds of the POE and reset it firmly into its seat
(Black Cable, also known as the Connect port. This action resets the Outside Antenna Radio)
5. Is the Antenna Cable connected to the OUT Port of the POE and seated firmly in? (also known as the connect port)
6. Is the Network Cable from the POE on the IN Port is connected onto the WAN port and seated firmly in?
(also known as the ON port)
7. Are both network cable securing connected to the router and POE?
8. Have you rebooted the POE?
9. Have you rebooted the Cisco Router?
